• We are currently seeking an Experienced Manager to work in our Leopardstown Childcare Centre
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager, who can demonstrate their Leadership and Management skills in a high quality centre. At Bright Horizons, our Managers are responsible for fostering an environment that allows children, their families, and the team to develop to their full potential. The Manager will be accountable for all aspects of operating a programme that supports our mission to offer the highest quality child care programmes in the world, the foundation of which we believe lies in developing positive relationships with children, families, and the staff team. You will be supported by the Regional Manager and a region of skilled professionals who all aspire to find our common success and make a difference in the lives of children.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading the centre team combined with the delivery of quality Childcare & Early Education to children and their families, maintaining the NCNA Centre of Excellence standards.

Our Ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in partnership with parents and other stakeholders
• Ability to set and achieve goals within established time frames
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to train, support and act as a resource for Centre Staff on all aspects of curriculum and programming
• Ability to implement a high quality child care programme to the standards of the NCNA Centre of Excellence criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and organisation skills
• Ability to manage additional aspects of role including marketing, recruitment and budgeting
• A strong understanding of the financial elements of childcare
• Fetac Level 5 in Childcare, with a preference for Level 6 and above
• A track record as a Manager {or similar role} in a Childcare Centre
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the childcare industry, 1 of which should be at Management Level
