[Full-time] Montessori - Team Lead at Kidology Childcare

The role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Montessori room and to ensure the welfare of the children in your care at all times.

You will enjoy working with children and be competent in Arts & Crafts, Music and Drama. It is essential you have the ability to plan ahead and work on your own initiative.

You must be familiar with the policy and procedure standards in a Montessori / Pre-School setting ensuring the room works within these standards at all times.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Montessori / Preschool setting, and will have Level 7 / Level 8 NFQ, or Montessori equivalent, BA in Early Childhood Education from a recognised college.

Up-to-date First aid certificate and garda vetted (garda vetting will be up dated accordingly). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required and a professional manner at all times.

This is a full time position and the candidate chosen will work in the Montessori room for 3 hrs in the morning and work in the Afterschool room in the afternoons.

This is a two centre service and flexibility and own transport will be required to work between the two services (5 mins drive apart).
